Using that argument, then you should never eat out. I can easily cook up a chicken marsala that'll put the local italian restaurant's to shame. I choose to go out for the experience and to have the food cooked for me by someone else. Sure you select your own ingredients but given how I make my bowl, it'd take me a long ass time to prepare all the different ingredients in order to make a bowl at home. My time is more valuable.
uh, no? using my argument, i eat out all the time. i don't know how to cook a fucking chicken marsala, that's why i pay someone who knows how to do it to cook it for me. i don't want to pay a place to lay out chicken, marsala (whatever that is), salt, pepper, and a million other ingredients and tell me, "Here you go, you figure it out. That'll be 10 bucks."
