Generic Host Process for Win32 Services problem

Here is my problem, at random occurances tied to know program opening up, a Generic Host Process for Win32 Services Error comes up. I click do not send and then a countdown happens where I have 60 seconds to save all of my stuff. Then it automatically restarts and I cannot stop it. If that does not happen. I lose my taskbar and everyhing is just horrible. I do not know what I am supposed to do. I checked for viruses with Norton AntiVirus. I checked for Spyware/Adware with Ad-aware. I used CCleaner to check and registry settings. And it still happens. Another problem is at my high school, one of my teacher's laptop does the same thing. Totally unrelated. HELP!!!

Can anyone help? I do not have the blast worm. I checked for that already. What else can I do? It happens randomly at times and I need to restart it to get full functionality again. Please help!!!
