Generic Host Process for Win 32 Services Error

Well I got a new laptop and I keep on recieving the Generic Host Process for Win 32 Services error. Sometimes it seems to disrupt my wireless connection. I would have random drop from time to time. I'm using a linksys router and WAP54G(access point). Any input is welcome. Thanks!

No i'm not running any software firewall.

I have that error too. The time of error is of my last session. For instance, if I shut down my PC at 1 am, turning it on at around 7 am gives that error with the 1 am time.

Any causes/solutions to this problems?

I am running WinXP-SP2 with all updates installed and have Norton Antivirus 2005. I also have ZoneAlarm Pro 5.5.094.000 installed.
