Generic Host Process Error?

Help!

What does this error box mean?

Sometimes it pops up randomly when I turn on my computer
(Win Xp, SP2)

I get it maybe one out of 15 times starting my machine. No idea what it means and it doesn't seem to cause any problems.

Are you overclocking anything?

Did you run memtest when you set up your system and after any tweaking?

I started seeing that message after the Feb. updates to WinXP, usually when I installed Norton Anti-Virus, & when Nav2005 comes up on boot. Also seen it with other apps when installing or uninstalling.

EDIT - this is a pure software issue, nothing to do with the hardware. These errors occur over a multitude of different systems with absolutely no common hardware. Again, only began after the Feb updates
