general voltage questions

audigy sound
antec truepower 430W PSU
3 x 80mm fans
80 + 160 GB WD IDE HD



ok, i would like to overclock some, but dont want to increase voltage a lot, but i thought my voltages were slightly odd

CPU Vcore is 1.45 V right now on auto, is this supposed to be 1.45?

DDR i have no clue, but my only options are 2.65, 2.7, and 2.75 (which should i choose and will choosing the wrong one hurt my computer?)

Does your system run stable at these volts? if it does, overclock slowly, and when you get stability problems, try upping the voltage a step

but i dont know what the current DDR voltage is, and is the Vcore the same as the CPU voltage?
