General Protection Error

about 80% of the time I shut down my computer a blue screen comes up saying Windows has caused A General Protection Fault and then i restart and it shuts down fine. It seems to do this only after being on for a while which is usually all day till i go to bed. Oh by the way its Windows ME HaX0rs version 😛
