Actually if you can get stable cpu without increasing voltage that pretty good in my opinion.
To me a big part of cpu life is just making sure you check your thermal paste and contact (tight and secure) a couple of times a year, like 3 or 4... and check your cpu temp in bios... Most mobo's come with some type of health system monitoring program on the driver cd... Check it right after an intense graphics game... and see where you are at... try using a temp probe if you can get one...
