i heard stories about the geforce 4 being too big or long to fit certain motherboards. i have a ECS K7S5A SiS® 735 SOCKET A MOTHERBOARD and i was wondering if i am screwed. can anyone verify if this story is true and for wat mobos??

thanks

The issue is with the placement of the IDE ports. If you are using the IDE cables that came with the board, or
normal cables you should not have a problem. But there isn't much room. It is such a tight fit that if you needed
to change your ide cables, you would have to remove the video card.

The gf4 ti's are long enough that they hang over these ports. Just make sure your ide cables are installed first.

MY ECS K7S5A and Ti4400 work great together. I am getting scores that rival many ti4600s.

Hope that helps.
