Whats the best graphics card in the market right now? Its GeForce3 right?? Some idiot in the bus was having an argument with me saying it was some Radeon card(i forget which one)anyways i jsut wanted to clear this up.

Raw 3D Performance you can't beat GeForce3.

But a Radeon has better DVD playback, it has superior image quality, and with the RT chip it has VIVO capabilities far superior to even an Asus Deluxe GF3. Also you might argue price/performance in favour of the Radeon.

But for raw 3D performance, the GF3 destorys the Radeon.

2d, i would argue that it doesnt make any difference at all, for most sane people. Radeon eats it in 2k I agree totally, also ATI has dumb fcuks at tech support, no one that gives a * about drivers either. 🙂

I've heard this a lot about the DVD quality........I have both and to be honest, none of us can tell any difference in the DVD quality whatsoever!😉
Maybe we're looking for the wrong thing.....I don't know.....I mean I like both cards, and a bunch of us were talking about this the other day and just can't see any difference......🙂
I'll agree with the 2D quality to some extent......but man, you just can't beat the GF3!🙂🙂
I don't think I could agree with the price/performance thing either......I mean the two cards realisticly just aren't in the same league!😉
Really doesn't matter that much to me, like I said, I own and like both.......just thought I'd add my opinion!😉 LOL!🙂🙂

I agree the 2D on a GeForce is fine for me and most people.
But if you are picky about stuff like that, most people will agree that the Radeon is better at least at high res.
