Geforce3 - 64mb vs 128mb

I'm considering getting a gf3 ti200...but besides the 20-30 dollar price difference...am I going to notice a speed difference in upgrading the onboard ram??

There is no benefit at this point, but as game developers create larger and larger textures, the 128Megs of RAM will show a difference. If you can part with the 30 bones, I'd say it would be a worthy investment for future games, unless you plan on getting a GF4 or GF5 down the line, as 128Megs might be standard on those.

No, it's not worth it. The GeForce3 was built around 64MB RAM so it doesn't take advantage of more RAM. The GeForce4 Ti takes advantage of it's 128MB RAM because it has two pixel shaders.
