Geforce2 MX too hot?

I bought one of the cardexpert geforce2 mx's from newegg and it seems to be getting very very hot. I am not overclocking it in any form (still trying to get windows to run reliably). This card only has a heatsink on it and the pcboard ends pretty close to the memory modules.
 
Unless you experience lockups/artifacts, don't worry about it. The MX only uses 4W of power so it doesn't need a fan.
