well I got this message in my event viewer in XP after a blue screen of death:

The driver nv4_disp for the display device \Device\Video0 got stuck in an infinite loop. This usually indicates a problem with the device itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly. Please check with your hardware device vendor for any driver updates.

I use the most recent driver from the nvidia site. I also notice that they are a lot of flicker on my monitor eventhough refresh rate are set to 85Hz. I used AIW (rage128) before I got this and delete all the software before installing the geforce2 card. The blue screen happened everytime I watched an .AVI files or MPEG.

HELPPP !!!!

Go to one of the zillions of nVidia fan sites and download the earlier v21.83 driver. This should help to alleviate the problem. Performance wise, your GF2 may actually run faster in everything except 3dmark2001.
