Geforce2 driver question. PLZ HELP!

I tried downloading the Detonator driver for Geforce2 like a month ago but i saw no diffrence and my 3d game looked even worse. How can i tell if i have the driver installed right? mabey i installed it wrong.

Grab the latest drivers from Reactor Critical or 3D Chipset and see if they fix your problem.

Can you be a little more specific about which games look worse and in what way they look worse?

DarkReign2 looks worse

when i first had the comp the game looked awsome and the movies where cool

but now the movies wont load up!! they will go extremely slow and it will take me 2hours to see the starting intro!!!

Have you got the latest patch for DarkReign 2?

Which version of the drivers were you using originally?

Have you selected the correct renderer for Dark Reign 2 (software vs D3D renderer)?

I tried downloading detonator and think i did something wrong with installation or probably donwloaded wrong one because in device manager my display adapters is NVIDIA Geforce2 GTS/Geforce Pro

If thats what you see in Device Manager (NVIDIA Geforce2 GTS/Geforce Pro), then yes you have correctly loaded the detonater 3 driver(6.XX).

Then why are the movies in DR2 so slow and hoppy. i've never had a problem with the movies a while ago. BTW it doesn affect the gameplay at all.

Could it be DirectX settings? i remember messing with it a while ago.
