Geforce MX400 overclocking

I'm going to be getting a Geforce MX400 graphics card, is it as easy to overclock it as it is for the Geforce MX 32MB?

I saw a couple of reviews of different boards and they all said that the MX400 was very poor at overclocking when compared to the MX series.

Why is it harder to overclock then? As far as I'm led to believe its just the same card but with more RAM, is it because of the RAM type?

The only real difference is that they have already bumped up the memory speed to like 170-175 MHz and with the RAM they are using this is as high as it goes for stability.
