whats the safest overclock speed for my PNY GeForce 4 ti4200 64 mb 4x card?

Go to 290 core and 610 memory, test and go up from there about 5 points each. Thats what I did. Then play a game for about an hour to make sure its stable. If you t see artifacts or graphic corruptions you should back it down 5 points retest. Hope this helps.
