GeForce 4 TI 4200 or Radeon 8500 128MB LE?

Which would be a better buy...gainward geforce 4 ti 4200 64mb $152 or Radeon 8500LE 128MB $135?? The new ATI Catalyst drivers look very nice, but I heard that the 4200 can overclock to very high speeds.
 
My friend got the Gainwood Ti4200 and he can overclock his card past the speeds of the Ti4600... Gainwood cards are VERY good overclockers....

If you are into gaming I say the Gainwood... But you might wanna get the 128mb version instead of the 64mb, cuz that might not be enough for higher resolution gaming...
