Geforce 4 Ti 4200 Memory CLock speed keeps setting back to 500

Hi all, im useing coolbits overclocking thing built into the video setting... i overclocked my gf4 ti4200 to 300/600 and the coreclock stays at 300 but sometimes when i restart the comp the memory clock speed sometimes goes back to 500...i dont know why? the memory is stable up to 625

check the option to "load on startup"

heh, yeah i know... i do that or else the core wont be at 300... everyone... i have that checked..... i dont know why it gets toe memory back to 500
