Geforce 3 Ti 200 Keeps Crashing

System Setup:

Duron 1.0Ghz
Soyo Dragon Plus (KT266A)
PNY GeForce 3 Ti 200
Windows XP

Windows keeps crashing/restarting & on reboot it says that a critical error occurred with the GeForce 2 Ti 200. I've tried 23.11 & 23.12 versions of the Detonator XP Drivers, both with the same error. Any other suggestions?
 
I have the same card, same problem. I recently flashed my mobo bios and no more reboots.
