Geforce 3 Cooling - Need Advice

I think my Geforce 3 fan is dying since I can't feel much air circulating through it anymore. Also, when I touch the bottom of the video card (right below the GPU), it gets so hot I have to pull my hand away from it. Now, if that is normal then I have no problem. But if it isn't, like I suspect, then I need a new video card cooler. I have been searching for GPU cooler reviews on AT and Tom's Hardware, but can't find any (found plenty of CPU cooling reviews). I would like some advice on which cooler I should buy. I'm probably not going to OC it, it would be great if the DBA of the fan is below 30, and I want to stick to the budget of 20 or less. Thanks.
 
You probably dont need a special GPU fan for it just buy a normal and quiet 60mm fan that should be more than enough.
 
take a look at this link. It shows some pictures of my geforce 2 gts. I just took an old voodoo3 heatsink(fanless) and used aritic alumina to epoxy it on. Try this the noise = zero since there is no fan of course.🙂
