Geforce 2 Pro crash

Well, I'm trying to run 3dmark 2001 and after I downloaded the 10.80 driver, it keeps bombing on the first test! Some help please? I've got all settings at default and no FSAA.

<< That's the problem with nVidia cards. They can't get their drivers right...EVER! >>

Heh, so it's NOT a myth. Nvidia users aren't always happy and get sucked into buying a new card every 6 months. =)

Come on Hawk. That is a little unfair. Avatar26 is referring to leaked drivers which were not supposed to be released or used by consumers. Complain about the released drivers all you want but don't base NVIDIA's overall drivers on their stability of their beta unreleased drivers. Just because NVIDIA comes out with a new video card every six months, doesn't mean you have to buy one. I bet most NVIDIA users don't.

Sorry Avatar but I don't have that motherboard or else I would give it a try since I have a Geforce 2 Pro.

Actually, I didn't try reinstalling my DX8 OR my 4in1's after the new drivers... I'm gonna give that a try... I'll get back to ya!

I`m using 6.50 Nvidia drivers for my Geforce2 MX card, anyway the 3dmark2001 runs perfect all the time, just to let some guys know there are people out there like myself that have no problems with Nvidia drivers 😉
