geforce 2 gts 32mb ddr $49

Looking at my Elsa GF2 GTS w/ VIVO module it looks exactly the same except my fan is black instead of green as pictured at compgeeks. Everything else is identical.

The picture that "NeedABurner" posted varies from my card only in the fact that it has the extra peice hanging down behind the AGP "dogear".

If anyone gets this card from compgeeks and can verify that it's a VIVO card, then I think that it would make this pretty hot.

If the specs listed are correct this is really a GF2 Pro not a regular GTS which makes this an even better deal.

Got mine today, it's not a Visiontek as far as I can tell because I have a Visiontek GTS 32megs model and it actually has their name in the PCB. This board only says "TOPSEARCH TS-M-8VOC DCEP400102"

So I'm guessing it's a generic.... still a good when it come back in stock.

EDIT: OHHH yah, I have the svideo hooked up without any dongle needed for tv output. Just an FYI for those of you who thought this may be a VIVO.

Um, it's actually IN STOCK, use this link found in the other thread
Working link, showing in stock
Is this card, the gts-pro, better than either the ATI OEM RADEON 7000 VE 32MB DDR W/TV for $43, or the ATI OEM RADEON 7000 64MB SDR W/TV for $47, or the ATI OEM RADEON VE 32MB DUAL WITH DVI/ TV - OEM for $55? My main concern is simply a card to output to a tv, so tv, whether composite or s-video out is what i need most. So which of these has the best tv-out, any ideas? i play occasional games, but i have a voodoo 3 3000 now, so i don't need much gaming from the card cause i'm not used to high intensity games. Thanks for the advice guys,
PS the other 3 are from newegg of course,

I did a Google search, the only thing that I found was a search on TS-M-8VOC returned info about MB bios. Funny that those numbers doen't find more.

i really want to order two of these but wish i knew more about the brand.

can anyone else besides jugernot give us some heads up on info printed in the card, the info he gave i believe again from a google search of "topsearch" they are just a pcb maker. and the other numbers could just be product codes and dates from them.

please, please someone help us out :)

6ns DDR chips, I'll check the brand when I get home today and open my machine up.

I'm running it in my DivX box and only using the svideo connector.

It's your basic reference card design for a GTS, as far Powerstrip can see it isn't a Pro as someone mentioned above.

"where do i input the coupon code? "
Follow the instructions as you order. Near the end it tells you to put in any coupon codes you have.

So its not the comment field at the bottom when you input the billing and shipping info? does that coupon that is in the image of the large view of the card actually work?

Anymore info on this video card? Will the regular Nvidia drivers work in WinXP?

Just ordered one! :)

BTW, this is faster than the GTS-V card and Radeon 32 DDR right?

so it's faster than a radeon 32mb ddr, and of course faster than the radeon 7000 (VE), but how do the TV outputs compare, as these are the 3 cards i'm looking at, and the main thing i need is tv-out.
thanks for any info,

Are you joking?
We can get a real GF2 GTS with tv-out for under $50 now, why bother on Kyro2?

OK, boys and girls, if anyone hasn't figured this out yet, what you're looking at is the HP NVIDIA GeForce2 GTS 32MB graphic card, part # P1971A,. Official HP drivers are here, but most of them date back to early 2001. Has anyone tried the NVidia reference drivers yet?
