you MUST be kidding. ron artest is a sheer FORCE on defense and the main contributor to the Pacers' record. brad miller is playing superb for a western Center. kmart has been very consistent. redd is a scoring machine, and has went on fire in the past few weeks. marbury should get in for francis... but francis was voted by the fans so that's that. magloire is a center... you cantr sub lebron for magloire.. you find a better center then you have a case

brandt is not even on the all star.

yeah lebron and carmello have had a good year for a rookie.. good, give them the rookie of the year award. they are no better than the reserve picks by the coaches

Redd is certainly deserving of an All-Star spot...check his stats and the Bucks record.

Shaq shouldn't be in the game this year, Ray Allen shouldn't be in the game this year either - but of course they are both in the western conference.

LeBron WILL be in the all-star game - mark my words - when Baron Davis decides not to play with his bum ankle, the NBA will name LeBron to replace him.

His stats are better than Artests, Martin's, and several other all-stars, and his team is in playoff contention, already winning more games than they did all of last year. Carmelo can say pretty much the same thing.

Artest is a force? Artest is only the 3rd best player on his team. Jermaine O'Neal and Harrington are the 2 best players on that team. Artest was TORCHED by LeBron when the Cavs played the Pacers. Artest is an awkward hack on offense, and gets away with more fouling than anyone else in the league on D...I'll give him this, he at least works hard on D, unlike a lot of players....
