And ST, specially considering the Integer sub-tests, is top class.

Android is 64bit and 32bit os's should be able to support ~4GB RAM.

The amount missing from 4GB is the portion reserved for the GPU and other hardware, I suspect.
Either of these chips would be plenty fast for me. Between these two it all comes down to battery life.

32-bit ARM has an address space of 1 TB.
