and aside from PROFILING BASED ON HISTORICAL RECORDS OF CRIMINALS THAT HAD BEEN CAUGHT, how do you determine who is likely to commit a crime and who isn't .

Mocan and Tekin found supporting evidence to recent studies showing that unattractive men and women are less likely to be hired by potential employees, generally earn less money than more attractive people and ultimately are at a disadvantage, which are key factors that compel a person to break the law.

pretty easy to tell that people who are slighted would have a higher chance to commit a crime than someone who got what they wanted.

not hard to figure that out. and i didn't have to do any research. was common sense if you ask me.
