Question gears 5 cannot start

Like the title topic say,this game won t start on my PC,and I don t know why.It say me: the video card was not found.wtf?
My spec system is:
i7 2600k,24gb ddr 3 1866,860evo ssd 512gb,win 8.1 pro,R9 fury X.
My video card is obsolete for this game the whole systems or windows 8?

Does Win8 even support DX12? I know that the AMD drivers for a while now do NOT support Win8/8.1.

I was pretty sure that the XBox One and somesuch ports to PC required Win10. I could be wrong.
