They are New not refurbs and were on a Roll-Back stand outside of Electronics.

it's hot even if it doesn't come with a game, but i highly doubt this is national. it's more likely a price mistake or open box item.

Hi all.
I went back to the Wal-Mart (Glen Ellyn, Illinois). They still have the GC's out there. There are about 20 and they Not open box. They are new inventory with one controller and no game. They are in front of the electronics area at a roll-back stand.
