anyway, there are far scarier and offense-generating events than the various pride parades around.

for example:

the naked santa and dirty orgy party thingy (don't knwo the name) that happens in SF each year.

This was in the late 80's early 90's I'd guess its a bit different now.

There used to be a big festival type thing near tower hamlets (i think).

It was really friendly and no hassle though, I'd hope that hasn't changed.
