i just recently acquired a gateway mx6450 i had to reinstall windows xp pro ive gotten all the drivers that i need but the last one is stumping me under the device manager the only one with out a driver is under other devices and lists a mass storage controller there are no downloads for the laptop for a mass storage controller on the gateway site i need to try and find the driver for it cause everything else i have found drivers for any help would be greatly appreciated thanks mousey4207

Possibly a reader of some sort such as memory card reader.

i think it'll allow you to identify what it is and download the appropriate driver for it

i googled the device instance id and it cameup with the product name i found drivers from the toshiba site that worked so thanks guys i appreciate the help
