First it was $300 - $110 = $190.
Now it is $280 - $80 = $200.

Any idea why they are cutting the price so much???

How about light bleed, is it noticeable? I don't think I'll be able to find one to check out locally and was wondering if this is a common issue with this model.

I've read that the 2401 has far less noticeable backlight bleed than the 2400. That was usually the main complaint with these Gateway monitors.

Got min in yesterday. Looks nice and the colors are good with little bleed. Only issue I have is it seem the whites are too bright at times. Upgraded from a dell2001

That sounds great but I'm coming from a "lesser" display than you are so I think it will still WOW! me.
Any dead or stuck pixels?? Hope not!!

No pixel issues but I notice the text isnt as crisp as it is on my old dell.
