Does anyone know what Motherboard Gateway uses in there AMD Thunderbird computers?

Also does any one have any other recommendations for a computer with an AMD Thunderbird processor? I would prefer not to build one myself.

Thanks.

This is mostly for the bump. However, Gateway uses propriatory boards. I've heard rumor that they are modified IBMs. As far as the AMD bord is concerned I'd bet they are also modified for Gateway. I'd also like to know. . .anyone have a Gateway AMD?????

I've seen Gateway Athlon boards for sale on Egay, they are listed as "JAMIL' or something. IBM doesn't even make its own mobos, pretty sure they are made by ACER.

Here's my negative recommendation:
Stay away from Gateway.
This used to be a great company,
but it's been down hill for the past three years.

Rumor has it that their support personnel are paid
in relation to the parts they do NOT rma.

Gateway's current Athlon motherboard is made by MSI. Jabil is an OEM board maker who made a majority of Gateway's Slot-1 motherboards.
