WHen i play movies, i get blinking blue spots on my movies.

i use dvi. it doesnt appear until movie is being played. when i quit movie its gone.

What software are you using? I have used 3 different 2185Ws, and I haven't had this problem. I have used CyberDVD, Nero Showtime, and WM10 for playback.

What movie?
Is it something that can be downloaded? If yes, provide link and we can report if we see the same problem or not.

it occurs randomly.

some dots(red, blue..) appear on movie window. about this big -> @

i use wm10, gom player,and power dvd.

* i have P4-3.2 ht, samsung 1gb 2700 ram, suma geforce 3ti200se 64mb dvi 4x agp.

Do you mean if you play the same movie multiple times, the blinking spots don't occur always at the same time at the same spot?

Is your graphics card stable?

I read somewhere that the DVD playback on these monitors was rather poor, I dont know though, I got one and I have never seen what you are talking about. I have noticed that sometimes whilst watching animated stuff like the simpsons and family guy it seems to toggle itself from progressive scan to interlaced, though not all too often but it has happened to me. or at least that is what I think is happening.

Some older graphics cards don't have the proper hardware to output at high resolutions over DVI. I would look up the specs for your particular GeForce 3 Ti200se and see what its max digital resolution is.
