Gas Powered Helicopter w/acc. 22.00

make use of the glow engine by turning it into a little generator i guess...just add a whole lot of gas heh.

.049ci engine is REALLY small. My Super Nitro Rally RC car has a .15ci engine, and that thing is fast, i could not imagine a small thing like a .049, though.

I've got one of these, fill it with gas, start it and let it go, it will fly up get stuck in a tree, take you a week or so to get down (in a public park no less) then when you get it down you fill it with gas again and repeat the process. fun thing to do on a sat afternoon, used to see how close we could get the r/c plane to it without coliding.

Yeah, gotta find a way to modify that fuel tank so it will fly longer. Who wants to have to refuel
every 30 to 40 seconds? How about an external fuel tank?

I had an R/C helicopter with a nice 12 oz tank (had a .60 cu in OS motor) and the battery for the r/c got torn off by the canopy in a sharp turn at full power: the heli kept on climbing till I could no longer see it and the engine sound disappeared in the distance. You have no idea how helpless you can feel with a non-responsive heli and your useless transmitter in your hands. I couldn't find it, but about 9 months later some guy who lived about a mile away found it after the spring snow melt and brought it by the field. It was a rusted, bent up and busted mess. My $1500 beauty.🙁

LMAO because I bought this exact same copter when I was like 8-9 years old. Never sould get it to run more than like 3 seconds. I have it hanging on my wall. I will take a pic in the morning, my camera batteries are dead now.
