Gas company still at my house @ 12:45am....

Came home tonight to the sound of my Gas meter gurgling like a baby. Call the Gas helpline at 8:00PM. It's now quater to 1 and they are outside making a great noise with a pump attached to main gas point in the hall.


GRRRR! Couldn't even cook myself dinner tonight and now the heatings off.

They justasaid it's going to be another hour of pumping to clear the water in the main and the service pipe.

Most of that piped to the UK comes from gas fields in the North Sea, so in most cases you will be wrong as natural gas fields are many there.

But some is piped off the top of oil fields, true...
