If you can't catch bass with Senkos then either
A) There are no bass in the area.
or
B) You need to take up a new hobby.
Seriously, anyone who enjoys going fishing should try these (and I'm partial to Texas rigging them weedless with no added weight on a 2/0 Gamakatsu offset shank hook.) I just got back a few hours ago from an annual fishing trip. Picture a campground geared toward providing the serious fisherman everything they need. Dozens of boats equipped with some of the best equipment - GPS fish finders, one even had radar to monitor the area weather. It didn't matter - my wife and I fished Senkos nearly exclusively and easily combined for more bass than the rest of the camp put together.
I bought a pack of senkos, been meaning to try them out but I keep on leaving them at home when we go out. maybe this week I'll get around to trying them out on a carolina rig. Finally got around last week to rigging up my electric boat, took it out to a local lake here that produces some monsters(10-15lbs.) on thursday. managed to only catch one 3-4 pounder.
Sadly, I'm "hooked" on them. I have at least 15 different colors in my tackle box, and another dozen in my wife's. At $5 or $6 a pack, that's quite a bit for plastic.

ive been bitten by the bug too.
Ive been trying to save a "little" money using the kinami flashes and occasionally tiki sticks.
and i ordered some yum dingers.
im going to fish them all and see what works best.
dr pizza have you look on yamamotos website?
they have some clearance stuff real cheap! mostly discontinued colors.($2-3 a bag)
i wish they'd last more than a couple fish all the same, but as long as they are catching them...its worth it.
PS: i also ordered some kinami pineapples, they really seem to be the in bait at the moment.
(or so ive heard)
killing them on the kinami flash 4" baby bass.
not having nearly as much luck on the wave worm.
the bass seem to spit it.
weightless, wacky and texas rigged depending upon the situation.
my new favorite lure!!!!
i fished these before texas rigged both pegged and unpegged weight, and i think it really inhibits the action.
im going to order some 3" for dropshotting.
