No amount of star talent can save this sinking ship that is Star Wars. Not even 5 minutes of uber-cool Yoda fighting. (Maybe 10 minutes though)

Maybe you'll be happy to know the final lightsaber duel is at 12 minutes in length.

is this the one they have been talkign about where they will fight while using rocks to surf on lava...sounds kinda lame 😛

God, I get sick of hearing that. If that's truly the case, kids must be 10x stupider than they were in the late 70s/early 80s. 😛

Most young kids loved Jar Jar. 😉 *shudders*

That's even lamer than the factory chase/jumping crap from Attack of the Clones. I guess they need something to base a video game on -- trade federation meetings certainly won't do.

Clearly, Oldman's finest role thus far has to have been as Zorg in The Fifth Element... (I have this mental image of Zorg as the bad guy in Ep3..)

I would have a hard time naming his best performance, but off the top of my head, I'd say The Professional had it.

I think that's just rumor. There is lava in the scene. The reason why it's there is obvious to anyone that knows the story of Darth Vader.

It's a 12 minute battle between Obi Wan and Anakin. So far, Lucas claims he's leaving it in full length without interruptions to other scenes. The only details I've heard is that it will, "Use every force trick in the book and there will be a lot of collateral damage and damage to the fighters."

The sequence has already been filmed.

I was not being serious 🙂

I have also not seen The Professional. Good movie?

Yeah, it's a good movie. I'd say it's cooler than it is good (if that makes sense). Considering the topic of the thread, it also features Natalie Portman's best performance, heh.
