Garmine Forerunner 301 (or 201)

Anyone ever use one of these, or know someone who does? Thinking about picking one up to help with my training (I want to enter a couple 1/2 marathons next year, and generally get my fatass into better shape). I like the heart rate monitor, and the GPS of course.

Opinions?

My sister has one and loves it.

EDIT: actually she has the 201 (w/o the heart monitor), but she still loves it.

Yeah, I think I'll probably love it when I get mine. Do you know where she got hers from? I was looking at it on amazon.com yesterday, and I swear it showed the 301 for $203 or so. Today it's at $300! Garmin's MSRP is $350. Maybe I just missed out on a huge sale? I wish I would have just ordered the goddamn thing yesterday now...

Garmin, not Garmine.

And, depending on where you run, it may not be that useful. Most handheld GPS units wook poorly under heavy tree cover. If you run in open spaces though, it should work great.
