Garmin Nuvi

My initial reaction would be to say that the 650 is better, but is this actually the case? Beyond the widescreen, is it actually better? I have heard some say that the 650 is lacking memory space compared to the 350. Anyone?

if you don't care about the mp3 functionality, are the two really similar in the way they're used?

They are used exactly the same way - but, if it matters, the 250 also does not have the Traffic receiver.
