I bought my 205 for $100 from a friend who had upgraded. Even with new models coming out, I'll agree that getting a 305 for $130 is a great deal.

The nearest BB that one in stock was 75 miles away. I, too, bought a refurb @ TigerDirect. The price 3 weeks ago works out to $0.30 more than the total (s/h/t) from BB for a non-reburb. A real good deal.

I saw one of these at a Target in Louisiville (Taylorsville Rd) on a clearance endcap for $72 today.

Sorry - I was wrong, it was a model 50, marked down from $104 to $72.

Just curious. Which section so I know to look there.

That is a good deal. I gave $170 for mine a couple months ago and it was worth every penny. I am a recreational runner at best but just knowing your heart rate and pace is wonderful. Pulling up your runs on google earth is pretty darn cool too.

I've had my 305 about 3 weeks. I'm currently using both the GTC (the version dnld from the Garmin site, not the one in the box which I think is different) and Sporttracks. I haven't decided which I prefer. Interestingly, Sporttracks adds 0.01 miles to each 1 mile segment. Haven't quite figured out why. I suggest trying both.
