Yeah, I'll admit I was a bit confused as to why Schumer needed shennanigans to get the cloture vote through. So far as I can tell, Tom Cotton was able to throw up one last roadblock as a member of the committee, but it was something that was inevitably only a delaying tactic. I guess this bypasses that.

("The hold that Cotton has placed on Garland’s nomination means that Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer will need to clear a procedural hurdle before a final confirmation vote.")

Somehow I missed this last Friday. Hope Giuliani isn't sweating this too much because we know what happens with Rudy and excusive sweat.

From worst AG in history to a fill in to a decent guy respected on both sides of the isle.

My kind of change, I look forward to General Garland kicking some treasonous ass.

Yup, weaponizing the DOJ against political rivals is fair game now. I don't want to hear any conservatives crying about it either.
Obama's DOJ took political attacks to the next level. Don't try to blame conservatives for making the DOJ another government group focused on political enemies. Given the comments from Biden's other DOJ people, Garland will soon be telling Holder and Lynch to hold his beer while going after political enemies for the Progressheviks.

Cite your claims or go fuck yourself.
Cite specific cases.
He won't and can't. Just like he never backs up his fucktard imbecile statements with facts, proof, or citation of actual events that happened, and aren't just another partisan fantasy being fed to his dumbass by Faux.

the fuck are you talking about, goon?

It won't even take 24 hours.

You do realize that, if you're internally consistent, this means you have to explicitly condemn the Trump administration and express regret for voting for him, right? After all, there is zero doubt Trump abused the AG position for personal vendettas, and on levels that make previous abuses seem timid.

(I'll also join the chorus of those asking for evidence of any significant abuses under Obama, but something tells me you'll either stay silent or dodge the request.)
