Alot of the forest here in Virginia Beach is being mowed down and developed on. As a result, bunnies are EVERYWHERE out here. I see them in my yard every day all year long. Cute little suckers, like the one in your pics... 🙂

Most baby rabbits sit there like that when you get close. They haven't learned to be afraid yet.

Or, it's just a little baby racoon who stepped on a thorn maybe.. and got lost from his momma.
