Well, the scanners won't help anyone's SETI scores, but I know a BoyScout troop that could use them.

I'm currently holding approximately 80 P2 266mhz processors, motherboards, equivilent ram, sound, network, and video cards. As well as power supplies, and cables... They may be used yet...
