Actually, it's misleading on the gap.com site. You can choose any size you want originally, but when you try to add it to your basket, it updates to only show you the actual sizes that are in stock. Don't ask me why they don't show you that list from the start. So I don't think gap.com has any more sizes than amazon does...

Don't know if this is National, but try your local B&M. My local GAPs had them on sale and had plenty more sizes to choose from. Another benefit is no charge shipping.
