Gang initiation

pretty screwed up but its better than the ones that say "go kill the next person that comes out of that store". There was an incident of that about 3 min from my girlfriends house a year or two ago.
 
That makes me want to join.

Once a member, I would be able to walk around and flash all kinds of finger signs at everybody and they would all know I am tuff.

Haaaaa the tug life, there is nothing like it.

Gangs come in all shapes and sizes. Kids dont have to be from a ghetto to belong to one and dont need to look like the typical "thug." That was merely a stereotype by Hollywood. All these kids have to feel is a sense of loss or loneliness (whether justified or not) and wanting to connect with a group of people. They decide to join a gang and bam, another great member of society is born.
 
He got hit in the sternum once, but beyond that, just looked like they were hitting his arms. No blows to the head or below the waste... unless they throw a strong kidney punch, he's bruised at worse.
 
hell yah I'd love to hang out with people who kicked my ass just so I could have the privelidge to hang out with them!

I'm saying that the initiation process isn't any worse. The goal is the same, to make the subject feel like his membership is worth something.
 
There were some gang initiations around here last summer... large (15+) groups of men would go around beating the sh!t out of drunk people walking home late at night on campus. Thankfully the cops did something right and caught them 🙂
