gaming with LCD

I know that HW questions are in a different area (I've posted a lot there already), but can anyone share experiences or suggestions on LCD screens with games? I like first person games (Tron 2.0 was very cool...just finished it last week). I am looking to purchase a 20" LCD but don't want my gaming to be affected. I don't know if I need the 16ms screens, the 500:1 contrast ratio ones, etc. Any advice from gamers would be most appreciated.

Read my post in here ,if you want your gaming to be the best ghosting wise then you`re better going for 16ms LCDs (17") all the rest are slower that will produce some ghosting depending on the LCD in question, game and last your eyes.

Did you use search to read some of the existing LCD threads in both General Hardware and Video? Several / many of the threads were specifically about LCDs for gaming. Search archived threads (in advanced search) for even more of them.
