What in your opinion was his level of enthusiasm in that review?

PSU "A" Hubba Hubba!

PSU "B" weird looking readings ... ripple and noise hit .....

PSU A: continues in every benchmarking review paragraph for that particular PSU, with praise

PSU B: gets straight to the point, compares that is not a top line model and does a few re-assuring rebuttals about how he is actually going to review nice on it.

I practice too much skim reading and sometimes it gets me in trouble, but other times like in particular, reading his writing, the very subtle negative things can go a long way with me number one because I believe the little things can speak volumes and in PSU benchmarks there isn't any room for skewing, and number two because of my past experience with the bad PSU.

Usual SLI disclaimers apply (ie. if you plan to upgrade to SLI, you're probably paying too much for your mobo and PSU and should just put that money towards a better GPU in the first place).
