Anyone knows any this manufacturer??

Yes. HEC, aka Hiroichi, is a Japanese company that has produced quality PSU for years. Its product may not be a Tier-1 like Antec, Seasonic, or Enermax, but just one step below. In Asia, its reputation is about same as Fortron/Sparkle.

Antec and Enermax aren't really considered tier-1; usually a fairly good value though. PCP&C and Seasonic are higher quality, of course at a higher price.

Dual rails is not a plus. Especially if you really want it for a gaming machine with SLI or crossfire cards.

You want at least 34A on the 12v rail.
QFT.
I went from a bfg psu with similar stats, dual rails, 18a,17a. Went to a single rail with 34amps and made a huge difference in stability. The dual rail on 6800gt sli locked up all the time.

As for positives, 120m fan should make this nice and quite. I woudlnt recommend this for use with dual vid cards.

Wrong. Dual 12v rails is not a good thing. I had a Thermaltake Purepower 680W with 15a / 15a on the 12v rails. It worked fine for my XFX 7800GT but when I put my X1900XTX in it all I got was beeps. ATI recommends 30a for a single X1900XTX and 38a for Crossfire.

I went down to CompUSA and searched through every PSU they had. The *only* one with 30a or better on the 12v rail was their brand - the MadDog 600W or something like that. It had 30a. Been running with it for 4-5 days with no issues.
