Help Us Help You...
In order to help you, we need some sort of starting point.
What about the other 563 threads asking the same thing, didn't you like?

Evolution, we could build numerous different systems depending on budget, type of games played, other peripherals needed, etc. If you want good help, you need to provide as much information as you can.

There's a thread written by Blain stickied at the top of this forum that has questions you could answer to give us a better idea of your needs. Answer those questions in this thread, and I think you'll find a warmer response.

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.

4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc, etc, etc, you get the picture.

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.

6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads.

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.

The above information IS NEEDED, in order that WE can help YOU make wise judgments on YOUR purchases

1. Gaming, Surfing, Coding, maybe hosting, ect...
2. I dont know what is my budget yet I wanna see what you guys came up so i know how much it will cost
3. Puerto Rico or Texas
4. mostly Intel & NVIDIA
5. Not gonna use my 5 year desktop parts
7. Overclocking

There's no information in this post that couldn't be had simply by browsing the other threads or reading build guides like ones on ArsTechnica and other sites, but here goes:

The average person in building a new computer in General Hardware is probably spending around 1100, and getting parts that look something like this:

CPU: Intel E8400
Motherboard: Gigabyte P35-DS3L or Abit IP35-E
RAM: 2x2GB DDR2-800
Graphics: Nvidia 8800GT, 9600GT or 8800GTS 512MB
Hard Drive: 500GB, 640GB or 750GB hard drive
DVD Burner: Samsung 203 or similar
Case: Centurion 5, RC-690, Solo or P182
PSU: Corsair 520HX, Corsair 450VX or similar

Are you overclocking to save money, or to push things as far as you possibly can?

I am overclocking to push everything to its max to get a high score in benchmarking. Saving money is good cz i wont be upgrading.

If you want to be hand-held through picking every single item, I suggest you go to a performance oriented brick and mortar computer shop. they will hand-hold you through every step of the decision process since that is what you seem to want instead of doing some of your own homework.

The most important thing is for you to specify a budget. Can't really help you without a budget in mind. There is a big difference between someone looking to spend $1,500 and someone looking to spend $750.

Pick up a mid-range Dell XPS 630 , you'll be fine.

Nah building one is more cheaper and better

I did some research and this is what im stuck with:
Motherboard: NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI or 780i SLI
Memory: 2GB (2x1GB) or 4GB (2x2GB)
GPUs: 9600GT SLI or 8800GTS SLI or 8800GT SLI
Processor: Q6700 or Q9450

I want to score very good in benchmarking. I will be overclocking everything and pushing it to the limit.
