The Corsair is a better power supply for sure. If nothing else, the warranty is 3 times as long (3 years vs 1 year on the Cooler Master). If you look under the Details menu on the Newegg website, you'll see that the Corsair has 2 6+2 pin PCIe connectors which is what you need for your video card (the connectors have 8 pins, but two pins can be moved out of the way if you don't need them making two 6 pin connectors).

Normally, 2 day shipping means 2 business days so no Saturday delivery.

That will work just fine - XFX is a very good power supply brand (it is likely a rebadged Seasonic). You can probably return the Cooler Master unit for a refund.
