Gaming at 800x600 or 1024x768

I'm going to give away an old AMD 7770 card. Is the card still capable of playing new games at 800x600 or 1024x768 on medium details atleast. I think the person to whom I'm giving the card has a Core 2 Duo E7500 (2.93 Ghz) with around 4 gb RAM or something. I'm not too sure about this.

I have one of those in my main desktop still 😛 It works fine for most games, I tend to run a lot of them at 1600x900 or 1376x768 if it's a really demanding game. Main problem I have is low VRAM, I get a lot of texture pop-in on Rome II because it can't hold all of them on the card.

most games should work with lowered settings, but that Core 2 Duo is also going to be a problem for most current games.
