Gameserver question

I want to serve 4 different game servers 1 DoD at 22 players, 1 private DoD at 12, 1 CS 1.6 at 12 players, and one CS:S at 12 players.

I have a 1.5 gigs of ram and have a 3200 with 512 L2.
